  6.  This version of the VCDEasy License supersedes any prior versions.

  8.  This software was developed delphi.stuff.
  9.  
  10.  BY INSTALLING, COPYING, DISTRIBUTING OR USING "VCDEASY" (THE "PRODUCT"), 
  11.  THE INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY LICENSING THE PRODUCT ("LICENSEE") IS CONSENTING 
  12.  TO BE BOUND BY AND IS BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF LICENSEE 
  13.  DOES NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, LICENSEE MUST NOT 
  14.  INSTALL, COPY, DISTRIBUTE OR USE THE "PRODUCT".

  16.  The "product" is FREEWARE, meaning that there is no charge (monetary or 
  17.  otherwise) for its use, even a commercial one.

  19.  Licensees of the "product" (all versions, including any beta versions) 
  20.  must accept this license agreement and the disclaimer.

  22.  You (the licensee) may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise 
  23.  attempt to derive the source code from the "product" except as permitted 
  24.  by applicable law. You may terminate this license agreement at any time 
  25.  provided that you destroy all your copies of the Product. This license 
  26.  will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any part of the 
  27.  agreement, at which time, you must destroy all your copies of the 
  28.  "product". The Author, at any time, may terminate this license agreement.

  53.  Note that VCDEasy distribution files may include, for the user convenience only,
  54.  software that are under GNU GPL (GNU VCDImager, CDRDAO, some MJPEG tools), and 
  55.  the CD-i files from the "New International CD-i Association" (I have an 
  56.  agreement from Jorg Kennis). Of course, this VCDEasy license does not apply 
  57.  to them, and they have their own license.

  59.  THIS PRODUCT IS PROVIDED BY THE AUTHOR "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
